For years, I believed strength meant doing more, training harder, eating cleaner, sleeping less. I pushed through exhaustion, convinced that discipline would eventually bring freedom. It didn’t.
Burnout finally forced me to slow down. And when I did, I began to listen. I studied how movement, hormones, rest, and mindset work together, and I rebuilt my strength through awareness instead of pressure.
Now I help women do the same. I help them feel capable and confident again without sacrificing themselves to get there. My approach blends science with empathy, habit-based, psychology-first, and designed for long-term balance.
